On Saturday 18th July 2009 two of Target Health and Fitness' fighter fought in  Total Combat 30 in Houghton Le Spring, Tyne and Wear.  Michael Lens and Jonny Bilton who fight out of Peter McQueen's Sunderland Ju-Jitsu both destroyed their opponents.  Jonny won buy arm bar in round 2 and Micky won by stopage only 30 seconds into round 1.  WELL DONE LADS!!

Target Health and Fitness' first fighter fought in Total Combat 29 16/05/2009.  We prepared a 6 week nutrition plan leading up to Neil's light heavyweight bout.  After 6 weeks of preparation, Neil weighed in at 90.0kg NINETY POINT ZERO... and then went on to win by KO in the first round.  CONGRATULATIONS NEIL!
